Our bamboo whisk, also known as a chasen in Japanese, is crafted from a single piece of bamboo that is carefully heated and shaped into a series of delicate bristles. This traditional whisk allows you to blend matcha and hot water with ease, creating a smooth, velvety layer of foam. Its structure is designed to perfectly emulsify the powder and release the full aroma of the matcha. Each whisk is engraved with the Kenshō monogram and comes in its own custom box.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep it cool 🧊
Matcha is sensitive to heat. Store it in a cool, dry place.
2. Avoid air & light 🚫🌞
Matcha doesn’t like oxygen or sunlight. Always close the lid tightly and store it in an airtight container, away from direct light.
3. Use a dry spoon 🥄
Moisture can spoil your matcha. Make sure your spoon is completely dry before scooping.
4. Best enjoyed fresh 🌱
For peak flavor and benefits, use your matcha within 1–2 months of opening. The vibrant green color is a good sign of freshness.
5. Reseal right after use 🔒
Every time you open your tin or pouch, air gets in. Seal it quickly to preserve its aroma, color, and quality.
